Program
Day 1: Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park
The tour originates from Mombasa area and Diani early in the morning at 6 a.m. It is a journey of about 133 km drive to Tsavo East National Park entering through ‘Bachuma’ gate for your mid-morning game drive. After reaching the full board Tsavo East lodge / camp you can refresh yourself and settle down for lunch as you prepare for your further Tsavo East Tour.
Embark on a game drive in search of elephants, the ferocious “man-eaters of Tsavo” the lions, buffalos, cheetahs, giraffes, and antelopes. In the evening check-in for your dinner and overnights stay at the Tsavo East lodge / camp.
Day 2: Tsavo East National Park to Mombasa
Next day early in the morning you start your safari looking for herds of red elephants near the waterholes, the famous Aruba dam where lots of game could be found, lots of birding life. You will have an option of passing through a Masai village on your way back to Mombasa. The game drive on this tour will be up to mid-morning (the park entrance fees tickets are valid for 24 hours) and you will be driven back to Mombasa witnessing the wide variety of wildlife birdlife throughout the way.
