Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and go for a boat ride
Join AA Safaris on a tour of Queen Elizabeth National Park, located in southwestern Uganda. Your journey will start in Kampala, where you will make a stop at the Uganda Equator, a popular spot for taking photos and purchasing souvenirs from nearby craft shops.
When you reach the park, you will go on a breathtaking boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where you can see an array of amazing birdlife and various wild animals coming to the lake banks to drink water or soak up the sun. Day 2: Game drive and departure to Kampala
The next morning, you will embark on a game drive along the Kasenyi track, where you will have the chance to see a variety of animals, including reptiles, large groups of hippos and buffaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, and smaller mammals like antelope, warthogs, giant forest hogs, topis, bushbucks, and hyenas. If you drive through Ishasha, you may even see tree-climbing lions lounging on fig tree branches. The park is also home to a range of primate species, including baboons, red-tailed monkeys, and chimpanzees.
After the game drive, you will drive back to Kampala or to Entebbe Airport.
