Accommodation
Your accommodation during the safari will be in carefully selected lodges and tented camps that combine comfort with an authentic wilderness experience. You will stay in spacious en-suite rooms or luxury tents with private bathrooms, hot showers, cozy beds, quality linens, and mosquito protection to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All properties are located inside or close to the national parks, allowing you to be surrounded by nature and, at times, wildlife nearby.
Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are freshly prepared each day, and friendly staff provide warm Tanzanian hospitality throughout your stay. After your game drives, you can relax in comfortable lounge areas or around a campfire, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
Program
Day 1: Arrival day
Upon arrival, you will be met and warmly welcomed by a safari representative from Tanzania Footmark Safaris and transferred to Arusha. This day is reserved for rest and recovery after the journey. Depending on the arrival time, you may enjoy the lodge facilities or relax in the peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at accommodation at Mvuli Hotel.
Day 02: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and many bird species. Enjoy an exciting game drive through the park with a picnic lunch. In the late afternoon, you will drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at accommodation at Fanaka Campsite.
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel in Arusha and depart for Serengeti National Park. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to the camp or lodge, spotting wildlife along the way. Dinner and overnight stay in the Serengeti. Accommodation at Tukaone Serengeti Camp.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full-day game drive in the Serengeti, exploring the endless plains and searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. Picnic or hot lunch during the day. Dinner and overnight stay in the Serengeti. Accommodation at Tukaone Serengeti Camp.
Day 5: departure day. Ngorongoro Crater
Morning drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the crater for a half-day game drive with a picnic lunch, enjoying excellent wildlife viewing in this unique natural wonder. After the game drive, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha for drop-off at the hotel or airport. End of safari.
