You'll continue through Narok town, the gateway to the Masai region, before arriving at your budget camp (Wild Nest Camp or similar) in time for lunch. After a brief rest, you'll head out on your first thrilling game drive in the Masai Mara. This world-renowned reserve is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and more. Your guide will help you track wildlife and share insights about the local ecosystem. You'll return to camp in the evening for dinner. You'll settle in for your first night under the stars in the African savannah.

Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, you’ll embark on a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara with a packed picnic lunch to allow maximum exploration. The Mara’s vast grasslands and rolling hills are ideal for spotting the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. You’ll drive along the Mara River, where crocodiles bask and hippos wallow. During the migration season (July–October), you'll witness the breathtaking wildebeest river crossings. Your professional guide will choose the best routes for wildlife sightings. You'll enjoy your lunch at a scenic spot inside the reserve. Later in the day, you may opt to visit a nearby Maasai village for a cultural experience (optional, extra cost). You'll return to the camp in the evening, where a hearty dinner awaits, followed by a relaxed evening sharing stories around the bonfire.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast at camp, you'll depart the Masai Mara and begin your journey to Lake Nakuru. The route offers a beautiful view of rural Kenya, dotted with farmlands and small towns. You'll stop for lunch en route before continuing to Nakuru, arriving in the afternoon. Upon arrival, you'll check into your budget hotel or guesthouse, such as CityMax or similar. If time allows, you may enjoy a brief drive around the town or relax at your lodge. Lake Nakuru is known for its flamingos and rhino sanctuary. Dinner will be served at your accommodation. You'll drive along the lake shore to witness flocks of flamingos and pelicans. After the game drive, you'll exit the park and head towards Lake Naivasha. You’ll arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or guesthouse (e.g., Taphe Guest Resort). In the afternoon, opt for a relaxing boat ride on the lake (extra cost), where you can spot hippos and numerous water birds. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at your hotel in Arusha.

Day 7: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Following an early breakfast, you'll meet your guide and join your group for the Tanzanian leg of your safari. You'll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, located along the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. The park is known for its tree-climbing lions, dense groundwater forest, and birdlife. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a game drive through the park’s diverse habitats—woodlands, wetlands, and open plains. You may spot elephants, hippos, baboons, and countless birds. You'll stop for a picnic lunch inside the park and continue exploring until late afternoon. You'll drive to a nearby budget camp, such as Panorama Camp, for dinner and an overnight stay. Take in sunset views over the escarpment as you prepare for the Serengeti tomorrow.

With sweeping landscapes and incredible biodiversity, the Serengeti promises an unforgettable day. You'll return to the camp for dinner and a last night in this iconic national park.

Day 10: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

You'll have an early breakfast. Then, you'll depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to nearly every major species found in East Africa. With its permanent water source, the crater is an ideal location to spot black rhinos, lions, hyenas, and even flamingos by the soda lake. You'll enjoy a half-day game drive with a picnic lunch.
