the Melia hotel as great as was the food. I thought we were staying one nite at a Serena hotel but went to a Farm hotel and did not like it, although the food was good. Our room was too far from the front desk and I had to use a wheel chair. I did like the "teepee style". Shirima was the best and very flexible with time, very informative. He needs a new jeep. We had a great time and always felt safe.

Every day it got better! Our driver was a talent at multi tasking! Excellent driving, superb at spotting animals in tall grass in February. Always pleasant and attentive our needs and desires for time to photograph or watch animals. He helped make our trip exciting!!! I never imagined we would experience this level of animal viewing. Saw it all !! Magnificent Nick and the driver Johus. Are excellent employees.
