Program

Day 1: Airport transfer to Kampala

On this day, the representative picks you from the airport and transfers you to hotel either in Entebbe or Kampala. Overnight and dinner at Lake Victoria Hotel.

Day 2: Kampala to Murchison Falls

After breakfast, start your trek to Murchison Falls National Park, you can pass by Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola for rhino viewing. Stop at Masindi town for lunch. Arrive at the park in the evening and use the remaining hours of the day by visiting the captivating top of Murchison falls. Enjoy dinner and overnight at Murchison River Lodge.

Day 3: Wildlife viewing in Murchison Falls

Take breakfast and enjoy a morning game drive. Go back to the lodge and use the afternoon for a boat cruise on River Nile up to bottom of the falls as you watch giraffes, lions, elephants, and a swarm of hippos plus a variety of bird species including the shoebill. Overnight and dinner at Murchison River Lodge.

Day 4: Head to Fort Portal - Kibale

Have breakfast and drive via Hoima the oil city and enjoy lunch in the city. Continue the journey to Fort Portal and connect to Kibale Primate Park. Arrive in the evening and check in at Kibale Forest Lodge or Rwenzori View Guest House for your overnight and dinner.

Day 5: Chimpanzee primate tracking

Enjoy chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park. Have lunch and visit Bigodi Swamp Eco site sanctuary for more primate watching and birding. Overnight and dinner at Kibale Forest Lodge or Rwenzori View Guest House.

Day 6: Connect to Semuliki National park

Have your breakfast visit Semuliki National park; view the scenic Rwenzori Mountains, the hot springs and the pygmies. Enjoy the night game drive looking for the rare species like leopard. Overnight and dinner at Semuliki Lodge.

Day 7: Semuliki to Queen Elizabeth National park

Start the day with a morning game drive and nature walk. After that drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and check in at Elephant Hub Lodge or Parkview Safari Lodge.

Day 8: Game viewing boat / launch cruise on Kazinga Channel

After breakfast, have a game drive and in the afternoon after lunch, take a boat cruise on Kazinga Channel looking for variety of game and bird watching. Evening will be at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Elephant Hub Lodge or Parkview Safari Lodge.

Day 9: Transfer to Lake Mburo

Arrive in the morning hours have breakfast, after breakfast, head for game drive in Lake Mburo National Park which is an extension of the Tanzanian plains with a variety of attractions; make a stopover for a lunch en-route. Move on with the game drive en-route in search of zebra, eland antelope, hippos, crocodiles, impala and birds. After lunch, guided walks around the park start and sum up the afternoon with a boat ride on the lake. Overnight at Rwakobo Rock Lodge or Mihingo Lodge.

Day 10: Return to Kampala.

Start the day with an early morning breakfast, then return to Kampala at your own convenience. Lunch en-route; make a stopover at Mpambire and Uganda Equator for a photo session and traditional handicraft shopping. Arrive in Kampala in the evening and retire to your booked hotel or continue to Entebbe international airport.
