Just what I needed!!!

Amanda is a most sensitive and helpful instructor. I loved the hands on help and encouragement as well as her ability to deepen my poses. She is an awesome individual in all ways!

Amy, the hostess with the mostest, is willing to do almost anything to make us happy and comfortable. Even though I slept in the yoga studio on a Murphy bed, it was a very restful and restorative time.

This retreat included hiking, biking, horseback riding and Vinyasa and Yin yoga twice a day. Always flexible and adaptable schedule!
