Programme
Your journey will begin bright and early, departing Nairobi between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. with a pick up from your hotel or residence in Nairobi. Briefing before embarking on this journey. It takes about three to four and a half hours to reach the gate where you will get to experience a safari of a lifetime. See the beautiful animals as well as a picturesque view of the landscape in the area. Get to enjoy lunch inside the national park before continuing with the expedition. Lunch is included (hot lunch or picnic).
While in the area, you can opt to visit a Maasai Village and learn more about the unique way of life of the Maasai People. This is an optional visit and works on a donation basis to the community directly (20 to 30 USD), which is appreciated. You will then start your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening with a drop off back to your hotel or residence.
About the safari
Experience the land of the elephants here at Amboseli National Park. Considered one of the premium parks, it offers a beautiful landscape where, on a clear day, you can have an incredible view of Mount Kilimanjaro, which is the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Get to see the snow-capped mountain in the background while you are looking at the elephants, zebras, kudu, gazelle, impalas, lions, hyenas, and hippos, among many other animals in this park.
Remember to carry sun-screen as the Kenyan sun will not be kind to you. Snacks and bites will help and thus feel free to purchase some for yourself. Sunglasses, hat, and comfortable shoes or sandals are encouraged. Carry a sweater or jacket as it is chilly in the morning during pickup.

Amboseli's unique ecosystem, with its dusty plains and swamps, supports a rich diversity of wildlife.
