Experience thrilling safaris wherein you’ll encounter leopards, elephants, exotic birds, and a rich variety of wildlife. This adventure blends breathtaking ocean excursions with vibrant land safaris, offering a unique opportunity to witness Sri Lanka’s extraordinary biodiversity up close.
Day 1 | Airport - Mirissa
Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, Ceylon Travel Dream will meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you to Mirissa, where you will check in to the room and relax for the rest of the day.
Day 2 | Whale watching tour in Mirissa
Have an early breakfast then leave at around 07:00 from the hotel to embark on a full-day whale-watching safari. The duration of the whale-watching tour depends on spotting the whales. Usually, it’s up to six hours. You will be provided with soft drinks, water, and snacks during the activity. On completion, return to the hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 3 | Mirissa - Yala
You will have some breakfast at the hotel, and then you will proceed to Yala for the opportunity to start a game drive in the Yala. Upon arrival at the hotel, you'll have time for relaxing and the remainder of the day.
Day 4 | Full-day safari in Yala National Park
Rise early, as you will be heading out and entering the Yala National Park for the exploration of the wildlife in the park. You will be served a packet of breakfast and lunch during the safari, then you will return to the hotel and start a little walk around the hotel until your dinner.
Day 5 | Half-day safaris in Bundala and Kalamatiya NPs
Rise early as you will jump in to the 4x4 safari jeep then head to Bunadala and Kalamatiya for the opportunity to discover birds. You will be provided a packet of meals on the safari. Later, you will return to the hotel for your overnight.
Day 6 | Yala - Negombo
Enjoy some breakfast at the hotel’s main restaurant, and then you will pack your baggage and leave before midday to Negombo. You will explore Negombo City and the lagoon in the evening.
Day 7 | Negombo - airport
After a late breakfast at the hotel, depart from the hotel towards the airport.
