What a once in a lifetime experience, I had with my Masai Mara safari. First of all, let me say that one of the deciding factors for this company was the prompt responses and follow up provided by Diana even before booking the tour. I tend to gravitate where there’s great customer service and Diana exceeded expectations with her kind and empathic nature. Despite some minor hiccups, this safari was well organized and any question that I had was promptly addressed. Our guide Peter was literally the best…patient, personable and humorous. His knowledge of the reserve was impeccable and always knew where to go to see these incredible creatures. He made sure that everyone was satisfied each time we stopped.

I had such a great experience, that I asked Diana if she could organize a tour of the Giraffe Center and Nairobi National Park. Within moments she organized something for me, mind you this was a last minute request and her response time was impeccable! My guide George was determined to find rhinos for me. He did exactly that and waited patiently while I watched in amazement at this marvelous creatures.

Generally I liked the tour! The accommodations were alright as it was also low budget. And I also saw the Big 5.

The tour guide Alex was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the animals, very charming and he went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time, and saw all the animals.

The food was also surprisingly very good, I was scared I will hate the food but it was always tasty.

I would definitely recommend this tour company.

I was picked up from the apartment in Nairobi. Driver George made the best of situations like heavy traffic, rain, muddy roads and a mechanical problem on the way to Maasai Mara. On the second day he showed us 5 of the big six large animals. George the cook was enthusiastic and made sure we had enough good food while in Maasai Mara. Other highlights were the guided hiking along the Mara river where I saw many hippos and the largest crocodiles ever. The optional balloon ride can be recommended. Although outside the migration time from the air we still saw elephants, giraffes, buffalos a number of antelope and beautiful scenery with green fields of grass after the heavy rains. Patrick the driver at Nakuru national park has a good sense of humour and has a good sense of the best places and angles for the best photos. At lake Nakuru we saw only one flamingo (water is too fresh after all the rains), many white rhino, one black rhino, fish eagles, pelicans, many buffalos and pelicans. I can recommend Bencia Safaris for a good value for money experience.

Obviously you go on safari to see animals in their natural habitat and this safari does not disappoint. The animals are incredible. Each van had it's own cook and Johnny was great.

The game park is beautiful, we saw all the animals that are billed and the food and accomodation was fantastic.

We saw all the big five, and our driver George really made an effort to show us as much as possible. Well connected to other drivers, he managed to be in the right spots for us to get a great impression of what the the mara can look like, if you're lucky! :)

All the accommodations were different, but nice. The different locations in Kenya to see the wildlife were amazing. Each day I thought it couldn't get any better. But it would!
