                  Mndeme Ramadhan

                  Ramadhan was born on September 26, 1974 in Mwanga District, Kilimanjaro Region. He went for his secondary education before he joined in Kilimanjaro guide training under KINAPA and qualified as Kilimanjaro Mountain chief guide in 2013. He has 15 years working experience including 3 years as a porter, 2 years as an assistant guide, and 10 years as a guide. He speaks English and Swahili language.

                  Mohamed Mndeme

                  Mndeme was born in 1983 in Kilimanjaro Region. He studied tourism at Udzungwa Mountains College between 2004-2005. He has served different positions such as a porter and guide for 9 years, 3 of which he was the porter. He has led over 120 groups of climbers to the roof of Africa. He also speaks good English and Swahili language.

                  Elibariki Kitomari

                  Kitomari studied tour guiding at Intel Training Center between 2007 and 2008. After completing his study, he enrolled in Mount Kilimanjaro guide training and qualified as a professional climbing guide. He has been working in tourism industry for ten years, leading a successful climber to Mount Kilimanjaro and Meru. He is fluent in English with Swahili background.

                  Gilbert Kasaba

                  Gilbert was first involved in tourism industry in 2004 as a porter of Mount Kilimanjaro. After he went to high school between 2007 and 2009, he later joined tour guiding and hotel management for a year and become a full guide in 2009 following an enrollment of a training program organized by Mount Kilimanjaro National Park (KINAPA). He has 10 years of working in tourism industry with experience in cultural tourism, office coordinator, and in charge of Mount Kilimanjaro porter society. He has led individual and different groups to the roof of Africa for over 120 times.

                  Innocent Thadei

                  Innocent has led successful climbers for over 35 times each year and the largest group to handle was a group of 48 with 46 of them made it to the top. He pursued his guiding studies at a Meru college in Arusha and graduated in 2005. He then joined the special mountain training program under the Kilimanjaro National Park (KINAPA). He was qualified and approved as a professional mountain tour and chief guide.
