The tour begins upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi where you’ll be transferred to the office for finalization and tour briefing, and later be transferred to Maasai Mara National Reserve.
You will have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for some awesome pictures and a brief explanation about the escarpment wall. Zanzi African Safari continues with another stop at Narok town for shopping and refueling.
Later, you'll head to Masai Mara, arriving at the camp check in, and have your lunch. Proceed for your first game drive in Maasai Mara, starting your quest to spot the Big Five - lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Return to the camp or dinner and an overnight stay.
Start the day with an early morning game drive to catch wildlife during their most active time for an unforgettable experience of Zanzi African Safari. You can opt for an optional activity of hot air balloon safari at sunrise, offering a unique perspective of the Savannah, Venture to the Mara River, where you might witness the dramatic scenes of the Great Migration if the timing is right.
Continue exploring different parts of the park in the afternoon, with chances to see cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras, after having your lunch in the wilderness. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife including pink flamingoes. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Drive to Nairobi with lunch en route arriving between 15:00 to 16:00, drop off at Nairobi hotel. The hotel will be booked half board basis to enable you enjoy the dinner and breakfast.
Pick up from Nairobi hotel and be transferred to Jeevanjee shuttle bus Nairobi to Arusha. Depart Nairobi at 08:00 for a 5 hours drive to Arusha with stopover at Namanga border for immigration. Arrive at Arusha between 14:00 and 15:00, pick up and transfer to Charity Hotel reserved half board basis, dinner will be on your own.
On this morning, you start your phase two of the safari. Set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti, arriving at Serengeti plains in time for afternoon game drive. Serengeti National Park is widely known for the great migration of wildebeest. The plain is also home for elephants, cheetahs, lions, giraffes and birds. A scenic four-hour drive, full day game drive together with late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Visit the Serengeti Kopjes in search of prides of lions. Enjoy picnic lunch then exit Serengeti National Park and drive to Ngorongoro Conservancy Area. Optional to visit the local community, have dinner and bonfire and overnight at Simba Campsite.
After breakfast, a 4×4 -wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000 feet down to the crater, exploring and viewing animals at a depression angle till you arrive at the crater rim.
Ngorongoro Crater has a stunning landscape consisting of vast expanses of woodlands, savannah forests and highlands. This is combined with high concentration of wildlife like rhino, big cats, lions leopards, cheetah, zebras, buffalos and so many more. Enjoy picnic lunch at the crater.
Ascend and drive back to Arusha hotel arriving between 17:30 to 18:30, drop off at the Charity Hotel booked under bed and breakfast. End of your safari with Zanzi African Safaris.
