Kruger National Park, in northeastern South Africa, is one of Africa’s largest game reserves. Its high density of wild animals includes the big five: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffaloes. Hundreds of other mammals make their home here, as do diverse bird species such as vultures, eagles, and storks. Mountains, bush plains, and tropical forests are all part of the landscape.
Zaganaga Kruger Lodge is situated inside of Marloth Park Nature Conservancy which borders the Kruger National Park at Crocodile River. This is in a private self-catering unit with two bathrooms. Guests will be staying in a three-star private self-catering house and will also have to rent / drive their own vehicle to the accommodation.
The comfortable lounge has television with selected DSTV channels. The veranda with a built in barbecue area looks out over the veld where wildlife can also be observed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom, and safe. A cleaning service and hostess is included in the price, except for public holidays.
From Zaganaga Kruger Lodge, it is a 20-minute drive to the Malelane and Crocodile Bridge gates, doorways to the world-famous Kruger National Park. Alternatively, stop over for a few days in this natural paradise before travelling on to Mozambique or Swaziland.
Guests can expect to see many different species of wildlife in the park, even from the lodge veranda and look out deck. They will be picked up from the accommodation in an 4x4 open game drive vehicle and spend the day on a guided tour of the Kruger National Park. They can expect to have a couple of rest stops.
Arrive at the lodge on your own time. Relax on the veranda and enjoy the wildlife coming to the veranda or self-drive around the park, spotting wildlife. Prepare your own meals or eat at restaurants in the park.
At 5:00 a.m., get picked up with a safari vehicle and spend the day on a guided tour in Kruger Park. Stop for lunch and shopping. Then, get dropped off at the lodge at 3:00 p.m. Guests can go for an afternoon swim at the club house and prepare their own meals or enjoy restaurants in Marloth Park.

Kruger National Park, in north eastern South Africa, is one of Africa’s largest game reserves.
You will be provided with a breakfast pack on safari days only. Other meals can be self-catered. There are about five restaurants in the conservancy where guests can enjoy a meal, if they do not wish to cater for themselves.
Visitors can also visit spectacular sites further afield, including God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Blyde River Canyon, and the Mac Mac Falls. Travel through the fabled Long Tom and Robbers Pass to form unforgettable memories of the picturesque magnificence of this part of South Africa.
Guests are welcome to either relax and read a book, scrutinize the nearby bush for wildlife, enjoy safe walking or cycling around the lodge, or take a drive to the banks of the Crocodile River at sundown and perhaps spot one of the big seven from the safety of a rest bench behind the fence enclosing the Kruger Park. There are approximately 350 different species of birds that have made their homes here.
