You can have a conversation with your guide for their recommendation based on your arrival time and park hours.

Next, you will enjoy a box lunch while you travel. Then, you will head out this afternoon, accompanied by an experienced tracker-guide, on an exciting game viewing adventure. You will search some of the area`s wildlife hot spots determined by your guide since they have learned and now understand the games daily routines through tracking. Some wild animals are more difficult than the other to spot, for instance, the leopards. These spotted cats blend almost seamlessly into the tall grass and shrubbery and are even more challenging to spot in the trees, their favorite hangout spot.

The most recognized animals are known worldwide as the African Big Five which include the African elephants, Cape buffalos, rhinoceros, leopards, and the king of the beasts, lions.

On this day's afternoon game drive, the choice is up to you. You can search for the Big Five or expand your horizon to discover something different. Maasai Mara National Reserve does not only have a rich mix of animals, it also has an incredible array of bird life with almost 450 different species.

Day 5: Maasai Mara National Reserve - Serengeti National Park

You will depart after your early morning breakfast for the Serengeti National Park via the Isebania / Sirari border. Serengeti National Park can be said as the most famous and most visited reserve in Tanzania. It is also the largest reserve in Tanzania, covering about 14,763 square kilometers of protected area that borders Kenyan Maasai Mara National Reserve. Here, you will enjoy your enroute game drive at Serengeti plains.

You can enhance your safari adventure in the comfortable Mbalageti Tented Camp, located in the famous Serengeti National Park. Day 6: Serengeti National Park

This morning’s African adventure begins with an exploratory game drive through Tanzania’s oldest and most recognized national park, the Serengeti. Serengeti National Park offers the most expansive game viewing activity in Tanzania. From predators to prey, from great herds of grazing herbivores to tactically cunning packs of carnivores, life on the plains of the Serengeti can be best defined as a complete “circle of life.”

A photographic dream unfolds before your eyes as giraffes and elephants feast on tasty shrubbery, while impalas, gazelles, and buffalos dance carefully through the plains to avoid becoming the meal for on-looking lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. You will also spend the day seeing the spectacle of the famous wildebeest migration. This annual migration through the Serengeti and Maasai Mara is one of the safari highlights in Africa.

  • Accommodation: Mbalageti Tented Camp
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 7: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

  • Accommodation: Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge
  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 8: Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tarangire National Park. It is one of the least visited northern Tanzanian game parks and retains a real air of undiscovered Africa, particularly in the south of the park. Only a two-hour drive away from Arusha, it lies a little distant to the southeast of Lake Manyara and covers an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers.

Tarangire National Park is named after the Tarangire River that flows through the park. The swamps, tinged green year round, are the focus for 550 bird varieties, the largest number of species in one habitat anywhere in the world. On the drier ground, the Kori bustard, the heaviest flying bird can be found. You will enjoy your full day game viewing activity at Tarangire National Park.
