Kaylie has explored personal development studies, yoga as a regular practice, and natural therapies more closely, to support and learn more about health and well-being. Kaylie is also a qualified Raynor massage therapist specializing in women's health. With over 15 years of background in hospitality and tourism industries, events management, and marketing communications, she comes experienced to put together quality wellness travel and programs. Kaylie is personally passionate about supporting local, small business in regional areas and tourism destinations.

Kelly

Kelly is a sparkly woman sharing her passions for mind and body health with over seven years' experience dedicating her work and life towards mindful practices, sharing her knowledge and awareness from the boardroom through Pilates / flex and stretch, and mindfulness workshops to community-based classes and personal coaching sessions. Kelly is an experienced retreat host and is also a natural in the kitchen so you’ll enjoy her cooking inspirations and love for delicious, wholesome food.

Jacinta

Jacinta brings a wealth of experience, not only in the health and fitness industry for 12 years but also in supporting and advocating for the health and welfare of the wider community as she has worked in disability services for nearly 20 years. She is someone who lives and breathes wellness and after experiencing severe episodes of depression, anxiety, and addiction, she strongly supports the holistic view of health, movement, healthy eating, sleeping well, managing stress, and having positive relationships.

Neri

Neri has an adventurous spirit, love for the outdoors, and it all comes with her cool and calm attitude. Neri has traveled the world to explore, teach in outdoor education and adventure sports, and is well experienced to keep you safe and inspired. Also a keen kitesurfer and mountain biker, she loves adventuring. Originally from Newcastle NSW, Neri now calls Exmouth home.

What an amazing, and inspiring retreat! So many ‘bucket list’ items well and truly ticked. I love a challenge and adrenalin type activities but the rock climbing and abseiling day really put me to the test. The steep rock climb gave me the hugest sense of achievement not to mention an incredible rush. Think carefully before you sign up (and make sure it’s not beyond your capabilities), but if you are up for the challenge it is a once in a lifetime experience. Very professionally run and well looked after all day.

I also loved the highly physical walks/climbs in and out of the various gorges. Both challenging and exhilarating with stunning scenery and an amazing spiritual atmosphere reverberating all around you. Plenty of options to choose from too, so everyone could choose what level of activity suited them, and of course the yoga was wonderful. t is so fun and rejuvenating to be able to do Kat’s classes in such picturesque surroundings. The digital detox was an added bonus. To not be able to access any mobile or internet range was at first unsettling and then incredibly liberating. I would not hesitate to recommend Wholesome Life and their wonderful Karijini Retreat as a professionally run and hugely enjoyable escape from day to day life.
