On the first two nights, you will be accommodated at Rhino Camp, in Nakuru. On the third and fourth nights, the accommodation will be at Taphe Guest House, in Naivasha.


Day 1: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley with a brief stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint to take in the most eye-catching view of the Escarpment. Proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park with scenic views of Mount Longonot, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Elementaita in the Great Rift en-route, from afar on the main highway to Nakuru.

A game viewing en-route with picnic lunch followed by an afternoon game drive is planned. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are about 400 other birds species visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the park, including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhinos, waterbucks, reedbucks, lions, buffalos, leopards, baboons, and many species of plains game. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Rhino Camp.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

After breakfast in your hotel, you will depart for Naivasha, arriving just in time for lunch. An afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha that takes you to Crescent Island for a walking safari is planned. This is one of the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amidst wild animals. There are no predators. Return to camp for dinner and overnight accommodation at Rhino Camp.

Day 3: Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara

Depart Naivasha after breakfast and drive further along the floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive as you get a feel of this vast game filled reserve is planned. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Taphe Guest House.

Day 4: Maasai Mara

Spend the day in Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary, where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the big five - lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, and elephants. Game drives are flexible with the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend the entire day in the park, or you can choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives. All meals and overnight accommodation will be at Taphe Guest House.

Day 5: Maasai Mara - Nairobi

Another morning game drive in Mara after breakfast is planned. Then you will drive back to Nairobi in the late afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel.


This safari will take you to Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha, and Maasai Mara Game Reserve, in Kenya.


During the safari, you will be offered three daily meals on day two, three, and four included in the price. Dinner will be provided on the first day and breakfast on the fifth day. During the fourth day, you will have the option of going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend the entire day in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
