Sampada Garden Hotel is your perfect gateway from the mad rush of the city. The hotel is set amongst a lush tropical garden and is noted for its tranquility. The resort discreetly nestles within its own walled garden offering views across the palm-fringed garden. It lies in the heart of Kathmandu just 15 minutes drive from Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) and 15 minutes walk away from Thamel city and Narayanhity Royal King Palace. The hotel is renowned for its high comfort and its authentic Tharu decorations designed by local people. It has a restaurant that offers healthy organic food with ingredients from their own yard. They serve dishes in both typical Nepali and western style.

The open-air terrace is set up to have beautiful panoramic views of the area. You can catch the elephants walking through the flowered garden for their daily bath and experience the lively atmosphere of local Tharu life.

At Sapana Lodge, they offer many different activities and excursions so you can experience the local culture and beautiful nature. Their experienced guides are specialized in educational expeditions and will gladly tell you about the flora and fauna you will encounter.

Other activities include an introduction to the Tharu and Chepang culture through a trek into the mountains. Green Mansions Jungle Resort

Green Mansions is equipped with 32 well-appointed rooms housed in two 6-room blocks, four 2-room blocks, and one 12-room block spread across five acres of natural surroundings. It features air conditioning, private balcony, 24 hours running hot and cold water, free Wi-Fi, working table with reading lights, housekeeping, laundry services, and power back up.


Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu

With delight, Swotah Travel and Adventure will be waiting for you at the airport. Upon greeting, you will be escorted directly to the hotel. Traditional dinner will be arranged in a cultural atmosphere in the evening and a briefing of the tour will take place.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Today, you will take the vehicle and head towards Pokhara. You will leave early in the morning so that you will arrive in Pokhara by lunchtime. You will spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful lakeside.

Day 3: Around Pokhara

Pokhara is called the City of Lakes so it’s natural that you take a boat ride across the lake, hike to the World Peace Stupa, visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and Davis Falls before heading back to the lakeside for a sunset over the lake.

Day 4: Sarangkot / Adventure Sport

You will take an early morning sunrise trip to Sarangkot for the glorious sunrise and scenic view of the mountains. Then, you will be taken to the air with a paragliding session or glider. If you want some more thrills, you can also try Zip Lining or Bungee jumping.

Day 5-8: Trekking

Today, you will take a short trekking to Poon Hill via Gurung Villages or Mardi Himal Trek, both treks are equally beautiful. You also have an option to go rafting and camping in these days too.

Day 9: Free day at Pokhara

It is your free day to explore Pokhara.

Day 10: Drive to Chitwan

You will take the car and head towards Chitwan National Park where you will arrive at lunchtime. You will spend the afternoon on the river beach to see elephant bathing.

Day 11: Activities in Sauraha

Today, you will go on full day jungle trek in Chitwan National Park and visit the elephant breeding center.

Day 12: Drive to Kathmandu

You start your journey early in the morning back to Kathmandu. You will visit Nagarkot or Balthali for an overnight stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Day 13: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Today, you will go out to the ancient city of Bhaktapur and Patan and spend either an overnight there or a full day enjoying the well-preserved heritage sites and souvenir stores.

Day 14: Departure

Your journey will end and you will have to part ways. But before that, Swotah Travel and Adventure will be inviting you for a cup of coffee or a farewell lunch and distribute souvenir to thank you for visiting their beloved country. Swotah Travel and Adventure representative will escort you to the airport.
