Kruger National Park

The Kruger National Park is the flagship of the south African national parks and has been rated as one of the best wildlife parks in Africa, renowned for its incredible game viewing and big five safaris. The best way to experience this untamed African bush is to get your feet on the ground and explore the magnificent region. The Kruger National Park offers an abundance of wildlife including approximately 507 bird species, 147 mammals, as well as bushman rock paintings, and archaeological sites like Masorini and Thulamela.

Sabi Sand game reserve

Sabi Sand is a group of game reserves located adjacent to the Kruger National Park in the Lowveld of Mpumalanga, South Africa. The park's name comes from the Sabie River on its southern boundary and the Sand River flowing through it. The area of the reserve is 65,000 hectare and it shares a non-fenced boundary of 50 kilometers with the Kruger National Park to its eastern point. The Tsonga people, who occupied the land before being forcefully removed by the colonial government during the early 1900's, are currently claiming back Sabi Sand game reserve.

Thornybush game reserve

Thornybush game reserve, is a private game reserve, near Hoedspruit, in the Limpopo province of South Africa. It borders the Kapama game reserve and is located close to the Timbavati Game Reserve and the Kruger National Park. "I have just returned to New York while Tamara is making her way to her next destination and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to the various parts of Botswana! We had an amazing time and loved all of the places you had picked for us as well as all of the camps! We had a particularly amazing time in Machaba, where the temporary manager, Andrew and his wife who was visiting with their baby made our stay particularly fun! We also loved our guide Moreri! But it was very hard to compare and we truly loved all of the sites, camps, camp managers and staff! We also thank you for having planned our itinerary from “south” to north” which has truly made a difference!! We had an amazing game sighting, learned about birds, met some wonderful people and enjoyed every moment!"

"I am still jet lagged, but the trip was a trip of a lifetime, everything went very smoothly and exceeded expectations! I certainly will go back to Africa!! Next time I want to focus on Tanzania;do you handle travel for that area? If so when is the best time to go for the migrations? Both camps exceeded expectations; if anything, we had a slight preference for Lagoon as the lodgings were bigger and the food was better. We really appreciate your help and have no hesitation in recommending you and asking you to organize another trip for us."

"The Bushbuck Lodge in Livingstone was great, owned and run by really friendly and helpful people who organized all our activities that ran like clockwork. The accommodation there was very clean and comfortable, the food was great too. We felt very at home there and it was great value for money and in a really quiet location which was perfect for us. Among other things, we swam in the “Devils Pool” at Victoria Falls, which was an amazing if slightly terrifying experience."

"The trip went well. The lodge in the Kalahari had an excellent guide, delicious coffee and rucks and wonderful standard accommodations. The guide was excellent, Mozilla, and that was key. The food was average but that is fine, the coffee was fantastic. Great lion sightings."
