To make this safari more exciting, you will spend the nights in camps which are selected carefully to make sure you stay as close as possible to the amazing wildlife these two national parks has to offer. Come and be a part of this unforgettable experience!
During the safari, you will be staying at Rhino Valley in Tsavo West National Park. Meanwhile, in Tsavo East National Park, you will be staying in one of the following accommodations: Red Elephant Lodge, Sentrim Tarhi Camp, Zomeni Lion Hills Camp, or Ndololo Camp.
Set against the backdrop of the rugged but scenic Ngulia Hills, Rhino Valley Lodge offers the most idyllic view of the pristine Tsavo West National Park, which teams with nature’s wildlife - the lion, buffalo, elephant, cheetah, leopard, hippo, rhino, and thousands of savannah’s wildlife. These can be viewed all year round from the verandas of the camp’s bandas as they frequently go to the water pond just a few meters below the camp.
The Lodge has 6 self-catering bandas, 6 standard rooms, 10 luxury rock rooms, and a campsite constructed to meet the needs of the discerning traveler. The rock room is one of the most unique ‘caveman’ indulgences you will not find anywhere else in the world. The self-catering bandas tastefully furnished with rugged twin beds, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a complete bathroom suite will provide with the comforts of home away from home.
Red Elephant Lodge has 13 double rooms and 2 triple rooms, all fully furnished with the bathroom that provides hot water shower, toilet, and beds fitted with a large mosquito net.
Sentrim Tsavo Camp provides a comfortable setting in Tsavo East National Park. The camp has 20 rooms, all of which are filled with a range of amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay. It also features a kids pool.
The camp has both rooms made of solid and tents fully furnished. Zomeni Lion Hills Camp has tents fully furnished with a modern made shower with the hot and cold water running throughout. All the tents are made overlooking the Tsavo National Park where you have a chance to see animals come close behind the electric fence. The dining and the bar are constructed facing the park where you see the animals very close down the valley.
This exclusive camp offers 20 luxurious, well-spaced tents each self-contained with a veranda and bedroom. Some of the tents have single, double, and triple beds to cater for different tastes. All of them are furnished in a classic blend of ancient and modern, rich African fine hand-carved olive wood furniture, with modern amenities.
The camp offers unsuited facilities, including fully equipped kitchen and dining room where well prepared and delicious cuisine is served and a well-equipped bar serving a variety of drinks. Bush barbecues are also served. The reception center offers a variety of African curios, books, and mementos.
