In October and November, they travel from the mountains of the north, southwards to the plains seeking lush pastures. After the great rainy season in April, May, and June, the herds then make their return ward journey. Even without this mass migration, the Serengeti is still an exciting and spectacular place that still cannot fail to enthrall. Dinner and overnight are at Seronera Campsite.

Day 4 (Serengeti National Park)

After breakfast, you will have full game drive following the animal migration at the northern Serengeti where the migration will occur. You can see wildebeest, zebra, a topi hartebeest, eland, antelope, hyena, varieties of birds singing on the trees, and also views of landscape and nature. Usually at the month of August and November, the migration reaches its northern range. The grasslands on either bank of the crocodile infest Mara River which the herds must cross not once, but twice, as they complete their migration.
