You will stay at Nairobi Boulevard Hotel on day one, at Sentrim Camp on day two and three, at Sopa Spa Resort on day four, at Kibo Safari Camp on day five and six, at Ngulia Safari Camp on day seven, at Sarova Saltlick Lodge on day eight, and at Leisure Lodge Resort Diani on day nine to thirteen.

Day 1: Nairobi, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) - (Sentrim Boulevard)

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), after customs and immigration formality, you'll meet Savannah Adventures' representative and you'll be transferred to Nairobi Boulevard Hotel for overnight.

Day 2: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve (Sentrim Camp)'

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, depart towards Maasai Mara National Reserve,' the eighth wonder of the world. In the late afternoon, arrive, check in, and have lunch at Sentrim Camp.You will enjoy a guided game viewing till sunset in Maasai Mara National Reserve. In the early evening, return to lodge for refreshment. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve (Sentrim Camp)

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, then leave the camp with a lunch box to enjoy a full day guided game game viewing. Around mid-day, return to the camp. Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Camp.

Day 4: Maasai Mara National Reserve to Lake Naivasha (Naivasha Sopa Spa Resort)

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, and depart towards Lake Naivasha. In the late afternoon, arrive, check in, and have lunch at Naivasha Sopa Spa Resort. You will enjoy a guided nature walk at Crescent island and a guided boat ride on lake Naivasha, home to a variety of wildlife such as hippos, aquatic birds, and many more. In the early evening, return to the resort. Dinner and overnight at Naivasha Sopa Spa Resort.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park (Kibo Safari Camp)

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, and depart with lunch box to Amboseli National Park, situated on the foot of Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa with 5,895 meters above sea level; third in the world after Himalaya. At mid-day, stop on the way shortly for lunch, before proceeding to Amboseli National Park,

In the late afternoon, enjoy a guided game viewing en route.In the early evening, arrive at the camp, check in at Kibo Safari Camp, named after the highest peak of Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park (Kibo Safari Camp)

Early morning wakeup call and breakfast. Today, you will enjoy two guided game viewing, one in the morning and another one in the afternoon with an option of leaving camp after breakfast, with a packed lunch box to enjoy a full day in Amboseli National Park, well known for its big herds of elephants and the beautiful scenery of Kilimanjaro, home to a big number of wildlife, including predators like lions, hyenas, jackals, etc. In the early evening, you will return for refreshments. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 7: Amboseli National Park to Tsavo West National Park (Ngulia Safari lodge)

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, and depart towards Tsavo West National Park, famous for its maneless lions, red elephants, etc. Through Chyulu gate, on the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Chyulu Hills and the shetani lava and visit the Mzima Springs, home to hippos, crocodiles, etc., before lunch. In the late afternoon, arrive, check in, and have lunch at Ngulia Safari lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided game viewing in Tsavo West National Park til sunset. In the early evening, return to camp for refreshments. Dinner and overnight at the Ngulia Safari lodge

Day 8: Tsavo West National Park to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (Sarova Saltlick Lodge)

Early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, and depart towards Taita Hills wildlife game sanctuary, In the late afternoon, arrive, check in, and have lunch at Taita Hills Lodge. In the late afternoon, enjoy a guided game viewing at Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, til sunset. In the early evening, you will arrive and have dinner. Overnight at Sarova Saltlick Lodge, built on stilt and adjacent to a natural waterhole where wildlife frequently licks salt and drinks water.

Day 9: Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary to Mombasa (Leisure Lodge Resort Diani)

Early morning wake up call. You will be served coffeeor tea and some titbits before you enjoy an early morning guided game viewing in Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Later, return to Sarova Saltlick Lodge for full breakfast. After mid-morning check out, depart to Mombasa bamburi beach. In the late afternoon, arrive, check in, and have dinner. Overnight at Neptune Bamburi Beach Hotel.

Day 10 to 13: Mombasa (Neptune beach hotel)

Late morning wake up call, breakfast, and enjoy a whole day at a sunny pristine sandy beach with an option of a variety of activities. Dinner and overnight at Neptune Bamburi Beach Hotel.

Day 14: Departure

Very early morning wakeup call, breakfast, check out, and depart to be transferred to Mombasa Miritini Standard G Railway to board the first train. In the early afternoon, arrive at Nairobi Standard G Railway. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative and then transferred to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to board your home bound flight.

Location

This safari will cover several places in Kenya, including Maasai Mara National Reserve, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli National Park, Tsavo West National Park, Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, and Mombasa.

Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara is well known for the annual migration of wildebeests and zebras from northern Serengenti, which normally starts from June or July, by August reaching Maasai Mara. During this period, crocodiles and other predators feast - it's a spectacular view, which one should experience in a lifetime.

Maasai Mara is also famous for the big five (leopard, elephant, lion, rhino, and buffalo), over 500 different bird species that have been spotted and documented here, for the big herds of elephants, antelopes like topi, defesa waterbuck, bushbuck, impala, Thomson and Grant's gazelle, eland, and for the rich and colorful culture of the local people, good accommodation, and hospitality.

Lake Naivasha

The lake has three major economical values which generate a lot of revenue to the central government: horticulture, tourism, and fishing. It's also well known for its flowers, particularly roses - as you may know, Kenya is the world’s leading flower producer. There are many touristic attractions around Lake Naivasha, like Hell's Gate National Park, Mt. Longonot, Lake Nakuru National Park, Kariandusi archeological site and museum, and many others.

Take a walk around the lake and a boat ride around the Crescent Island, expect to see a lot of wildlife, like zebras, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks, wildebeests, impalas, birds like pied kingfishers, African darters, cormorants, and others.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli is famous for the beautiful scenery of Mt Kilimanjaro, big herds and families of elephants, wildebeests, Burchel’s zebras, African caped buffaloes, Masai ostrich and giraffes, oryxes, elands, warthogs, predators like lions, spotted hyenas, silver backed jackals, amphibians like hippos. It's a major spot for bird lovers, more than 300 species have been spotted and documented. You can find good accommodation and impeccable services.

Tsavo National Park

The combination of Tsavo East and West makes it the biggest park in Kenya, with about 22,000 square kilometers, as big as Belgium or Switzerland. Its physical feature consists of thorny bushes, world’s longest plateau, the Yata Plateau, with a length of about 400 kilometers, many rivers with several names, volcanic hills and lava stones, caves, geysers and water springs. It's famous for herds of red elephants, prides of lions, herds of antelopes like gerenuk, lesser kudu, African caped buffaloes, Masai giraffes, birdlife, and more.

Mombasa

Mombasa is the second biggest city of Kenya, situated 500 kilometers East of the capital Nairobi. It has about three million habitats, and it’s a five square kilometers island, also well known as the capital city of tourists, because of the beach hotels and resorts, its weather, sunny throught the year, the pristine white sand beaches, prehistorical sites like Fort Jesus, old port and old town of Mombasa, abundance of water sports and marine parks, dhow safaris, night clubs, restaurants specializing in sea food, Indian, Italian, Chinese cuisines, not forgetting Swahili native dish and the rich culture of the local people, good accommodation and impeccable services.
