During this tour, you will be staying at Miti Mingi Eco Camp. It is situated within the Masai Mara ecosystem and on the banks of Ololaimutia River, which is a watering point for most of wild animals especially elephants, buffaloes, and antelopes.
The tents are furnished with understated required by the modern traveler as well as decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron, and crisp cottons. Each tent has been meticulously planned to maximize comfort and the campsite facilities includes four poster beds, mosquito nets, voltage at 240 volts, en-suite with shower, flush toilets, hot and cold running water.
Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
You will be picked up from the airport and drive west towards Maasai Mara Game Reserve, along with lunch en-route. You will arrive in time for an evening game drive at Masai Mara Game Reserve, one of the finest wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. There have been over 450 species of animals recorded there, including migrants.
Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there are also other resident wildlife all year round as well. Moreover, the famous Maasai tribesmen also live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Moving on, the group will enjoy dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 2: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
You will go on a pre-morning game drive to the park with the guide, the landscape of the park is a savannah grassland. Moving on, the driver will drop you off at the camp for breakfast. After breakfast, the group will depart to Nairobi with lunch en-route. The tour ends here, you will arrive at the hotel or airport in the evening.
