Amani was born and schooled in Arusha. He is a guide from the local Meru tribe who grew up in a village below Mount Meru at the boundaries of Arusha National Park. He is an all-rounded guide with vast experience in safari guiding, spanning more than 15 years guiding tours and safaris in east Africa. His favorite park is Serengeti National Park where he likes traversing the endless plains looking for the big cats.
Born and bred in Arusha town, King Solomon, as he is fondly referred to by the clients, is a great guide and a youthful folk. He is hawk-eyed and a keen bird watching enthusiast and he also has a special spot for the leopard. His favorite bird is the Augur Buzzard. He also likes lecturing about plants and trees during his safari expeditions.
