"Better than expected 😊"

Very caring staff. Went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after. I missed a couple of dinners but they wrapped my dinner and gave it to my nephew, to bring to the chalet for me. Very considerate and always enquired the next day as to how I was feeling.

Chalet was beautiful. Some reviewers say the beds are hard but let me tell you, they were heaven to sleep in after 12 hours jumping around in a 4x4. 😂 The pool is stunning with a view over the countryside but a bit of a walk for me. Patrick, who looks after the pool and bar area was very informative about the area and the new restaurant that is being built hopefully to be ready in December. If required, just ask Alex at reception to get a driver to bring you to the pool. No problem too big or too small for him. Room staff are neat and tidy. Bed turned down in the evening with a hot water bottle added and a sweetie left on your pillow. It’s the little extras that count.

Joyce in the gift shop also very helpful. We arranged massages with Joy at the spa and had a pampering afternoon. Bliss. Even Callum, my 10yr old great nephew had a massage.

The food was amazing 😉. Callum really enjoyed pancakes at breakfast, so there were extra pancakes at breakfast every morning. If there’s anything you want not on the menu, just ask Sam or Collins and they’ll arrange it for you. Thanks to all the staff for giving us a holiday to remember. When/ if ever we return, Eddie & Callum would like Chalet #6 , me tent # 2 . 👍
