Ranthambore Villa

Ranthambore Villa is a small villa-type resort. It is situated in Sawai Madhopur at Ranthambore Road, close to Ranthambore National Park. Day 1: Arrival day - Sawai Madhopur

Day 2: Ranthambore National Park

Day two is when you activities will commence. Recharge for the day by having a hearty breakfast. Then you will head out for a morning safari and game drive through the park, sharing a jeep with the other guests. Thereafter, lunch will be served. Later in the afternoon, you will enjoy another game drive before having dinner and settling in for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Ranthambore National Park - Departure day

In the morning, you will be having a game drive around the park. Enjoy your breakfast before checking out of the resort.

Ranthambore National Park

Ranthambore is famous for its tigers but it has a wide range of other mammalian species inhabiting the park. Among these is the sambar, the largest deer of the Indian subcontinent, chital or spotted deer, the major prey species of tigers and leopards, nilgai or blue bull which is the largest Asian antelope, and the chinkara, the Indian gazelle which is sighted in the open grasslands.

You will also see the wild boar, jackal, striped hyena, common and uncommon langur, macaque, the jungle cats, caracals, sloth beers, five-striped palm squirrels, Indian false vampire, Indian claying foxes, and many other animals.

The park also has a large number of marsh and snub-nosed crocodiles, reptiles, desert monitor lizards, the tortoise, banded kraits cobras, common kraits, soft shelled turtles, Indian pythons, north Indian flap-shelled turtles, rat snakes, rustles vipers, saw-scaled vipers, and the Indian chameleon.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Jaipur International Airport (JAI). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. You can arrange the service at an additional fee.

Arrival by train

Sawai Madhopur Junction Railway Station is five kilometers away and is on the main rail line between Delhi and Mumbai. It is also well-connected to Jaipur. There are regular and super fast trains from Delhi like the Jan Shatabdi Express. The travel time from Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur is approximately two and a half hours. From Delhi, it takes five hours, and Mumbai 15 hours away.
