An ancient fig tree provides the canopy for your morning practice. As the light beams find their way through the large leaves, you rise up and salute the sun, trusting and uplifting yourselves by drawing on your inner strength and harnessing powerful energy that flows in and around you.
After a yummy bush picnic breakfast, you will head back to the camp for a group yoga session, where you will challenge the idea of the limits you often set for yourselves and call upon your communication skills, patience, trust, and your ability to let go to discover new heights and possibilities.
The knowledgeable guides will once again take you to their favorite animal tracking spots for a spectacular morning in stunning natural surroundings. After a nourishing and hearty breakfast, you have the opportunity to explore the chakra system, how it relates to you as individuals, and discuss the ways to bring it into balance.
After lunch, you will have a Restorative practice, creating a space to deeply delve into your inner-self. You will float off for a good night’s rest after sleep-inducing yoga Nidra.
Enjoy an uplifting and heart opening practice and Anahata chakra meditation in the morning, followed by an exploration into the power of mantra, mudra, and meditation.
