During the safari, you will stay at Jambo Mara or AA Lodge. You can also choose to upgrade to 5-star accommodation, Keekorok lodge.
Program
Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara
Start with an early pick up from your residence or hotel within Nairobi at 6 a.m. and start the drive to Maasai Mara with a stop over at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to see the effects of volcanic activities which happened many years ago.
Upon arrival at Masaai Mara National Reserve, on the outskirts, you will see vast vegetation and also spot some animals like the zebra, giraffe, topi, and Thompson gazelle among many others. When you arrive, you will go straight to the park and start the game drive. Lunch will be in the park and will be provided. You will do the game drive until evening and later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Accommodation is at AA lodge or Jambo Mara.
Day 2: Masaai Mara National Reserve
Early morning game drive as you capture the sunrise on the horizon, late breakfast, and then departure back to Nairobi. Your tour ends with a drop-off at your residence or hotel. Your tour will be completed at the end of day 2.
Location
This safari takes you to the Masai Mara, Kenya’s finest and most outstanding wildlife sanctuary where gentle rolling grassland ensures animals are never out of sight. In Masai Mara, there are plenty of animals to see. Mara river is the site for the world-famous annual wildebeest migration.
The park is also a nice place for relaxing in the evening.
