Chitwan Jungle Safari is a short tour in Nepal to watch wild animals and birds. Chitwan is easily reachable from Kathmandu Valley. Also, daily flights are available to Bharatpur. Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Sauraha
This morning, you will have a good breakfast and pack your things and equipment as you leave Kathmandu for exciting adventures in Chitwan. It lies 155 km southwest of Kathmandu Valley in the Terai plains, and it takes about 8 hours to get there by tourist vehicle.
After you arrive at Chitwan, you will be escorted to your resort, where you will get a briefing on your accommodation and the available services. You will freshen up and have lunch, followed by a village tour of Chitwan. The majority of people are from Tharu, and the Tharu Village tour is quite extraordinary.
Tharus are rich in culture, daily practices, stick dances and traditions, different living styles, customs, rituals, arts and crafts, etc., which your tour guide will fully describe to you. In the evening, you will enjoy the Tharu cultural dance and stay overnight at the hotel, for dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2: Full-day jungle safari activities
Chitwan National Park jungle activities: After breakfast, you move out to explore Chitwan. Today, you will visit Chitwan National Park, bird watching or Jeep driving in the national park, visit the elephant bath and breeding center, go canoeing, and go on a village tour.

Day 3: Transfer to your onward destination
