Toumba is a unique ecological farm set among the beautiful mountains of South Lesvos. It is a remote holiday resort with a unique atmosphere - the perfect place for total relaxation, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, or meditation. If you need a break from the daily stress, Toumba is the place to go!
Eco farm Toumba consists of a café / restaurant, five spacious lodges, an olive farm, and a horse farm. The property is very tranquil and remote. The lodges, suitable for three adults or a family with two children, offer a kitchen, fridge, dining bar, double bed, couch / extra bed, fireplace (with wood supplied for chilly evenings), bathroom with shower or bath, central heating, and a spacious terrace with astonishing views over the Plomari area and the Aegean Sea.
Program
You will drive through the amazing landscape of Lesbos, following mostly dirt tracks. You might not see a soul for hours and hours. You will stop wherever you like to enjoy the flowers, the wildlife, the views, and historic places. Your guide will tell you all there is to know about life, nature, and traditions along the way. The magic of ecological farm Toumba is something you will have to experience by yourself; there are no words to describe this feeling.

Location
The scenery on Lesvos is never boring. The diversity is unparalleled and the island has no mass tourism: the main domestic products are olive oil, dairy, fish and ouzo. The nearest settlement is Milies, a tiny village with only a few inhabitants. Plomari and its attractive coast / beaches are a 25 minutes drive on dirt roads, Skopelos and the Gulf of Gera about 30 to 40 minutes.
You will need a car with good ground clearance, because there is no easy way to Toumba! The drive leads through an amazing landscape, with olive trees, chestnut, plane, pine, crystal rocks, vineyards. While the summers on Lesvos can be very hot, at Toumba you will always be comforted by a cool breeze.

Food
Dinner is served at the cafeteria of Ecological Farm Toumba, 'small Mexico' in the mountains of South Lesvos. Margarita cooks according to your wishes a selection of 'mezes': beans, salads, meat, vegetables, cheeses, dips, and more. She will also prepare your breakfast in the morning.
