Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Enjoy an early morning breakfast before going on an exciting game en route drive to Tarangire National Park, with your packed lunch explore one of Tanzania's secret wildlife havens packed with large populations of elephant, predators, and their fleet-footed kill.

In the afternoon, break for picnic lunch at a picnic site in Tarangire, enjoy your lunch in the bush before embarking back to your game drive.

The ecosystem in Tarangire National Park is balanced by a localized migration pattern that is followed by the majority of game that resides in and around the park. As a result, Tarangire is superb in almost throughout the season of the year. Elephants are the main attraction, with up to 3,000 heads in the park during the peak months. Peak season also sees good numbers of wildebeest and zebra as well as giraffe, buffalo, Thompson's gazelle, greater and lesser kudu, eland, leopard and cheetah. The real prizes in the park are dwarf mongoose, oryx and generuk - but viewings are very rare. Tarangire is one of Tanzania's finest birding destinations.

In the evening return back for dinner and overnight as you celebrate your day and prepare for the next big adventure

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

After an early morning breakfast, you will go on a game drive en route to Lake Manyara National Park; the park is famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and the elephant herds it protects.

At the base of the River Valley Escarpment is a small park, Lake Manyara National Park. Unlike the more savanna dominated parks, its ground water forests give you superior change. Lake Manyara National Park is one of Africa’s alkaline water lakes located in the northern side of Tanzania.

Break for your picnic lunch before embarking back for your game adventures exploring the magnificent Lake Manyara and its legendary wildlife.

In the evening take a scenic drive over Lake Manyara Park escarpment and enjoy the sunset as you wind up your second day and so much excitement ahead.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park - Ndutu Area

After breakfast drive from Karatu towards Ngorongoro Ndutu Area. Ndutu Area forms part of the northern section of Ngorongoro Conservation Area and stretches to the un-fenced southern boundaries of the Serengeti National Park, a meeting point between these two incredible wilderness areas.

The best months to visit Ndutu Region are from December, when the great migration herds start to arrive from the north, until April when the millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle have trekked northwards again. In the early months of the year - with a peak in February - the wildebeest herds are calving on the lush grassy plains: thousands upon thousands of baby animals are born every day, attracting the attention of cheetah, lion, and hyena.

Break for your picnic lunch and continue with your game drive enjoying the marvelous wildlife around this area

Wind up your evening drive and return for dinner and overnight as you celebrate and get ready for your tomorrow thrilling game drive.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park - Ndutu Area

Early morning wake up to an early morning game drive. The prime game viewing spot in the Ndutu Region is around Lake Ndutu, where enormous herds assemble between December and April to graze and calve. The forests and granite kopjes around Lake Ndutu are also home to lots of game outside of the migration months.

Return for relaxation and leisure at your camp / lodge before catching up for your afternoon game drive. Calving season is particularly dramatic: a million wildebeest give birth to 8000 babies every day, and as these newborns take their first steps, they’re targeted by lion, leopard, cheetah, and hyena.

Enjoy your evening drive and the breathtaking sun downer moments before returning back for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater Conservation area is home to more than 30 000 protected animals. It is an area of spectacular beauty and excellent game viewing, a truly unique safari destination in Africa. The Ngorongoro Crater, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest intact caldera in the world.

After breakfast head off for a full day game drive on the crater floor, abundant with wildlife: here you have teh chance to view black rhino that are protected within its rim, giant tusked elephants, big-manned lions stalking the grasslands, and bright pink flamingos crowding the soda lakes.

Enjoy your picnic lunch at the picnic site while viewing the beauty of the crater rim and its outstanding richness in wildlife.

After lunch, go on a game en route ascending the crater floor and driving back to Arusha.

On your way back admire the astonishing view of the Manyara Escarpment with the beauty of Karatu highlands the scenery will blow your mind.

Depending on your flight schedule you can either decide to drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home or continue with your other plans in Arusha. Cheers!
