"We can't say enough about this tour group! We worked w/ Lydia and Esther for only one month to get our itinerary set to our liking. They were very willing to work along w/ us to come up w/ a trip that worked for us which was to spend two weeks in Uganda! They were very prompt at responding to our emails. We were set up with the BEST Driver - Patrick — kind, knowledgeable, TOP NOTCH, Guides - ALL were fabulous. Esther and Lydia organized a fabulous tour -- accommodations were boutique style places, food fresh and delicious, excellent, driver, fabulous guides, itinerary full yet not too full, birds, animals, gorillas, chimps, golden monkeys, children!, villages. Thank you Nkuringo Walking Safaris for a memorable and wonderful trip."

"We traveled with Nkuringo for a 14 day safari. Lydia and Esther were very quick to respond to emails and sent very detailed itineraries and pricing sheets. They made quick work of any changes or questions that we had. We used another TO on a previous trip but chose to change after the attentiveness of Nkuringo. They organized all lodges and transport, shoebill tour, swamp walk, chimp trek and habituation, channel cruise, walk from Buhoma to Nkuringo and 2 gorilla treks in 2 different areas. Everything went off with no problems whatsoever. Our guide, Julius, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made our trip even more incredible. He was always on time, had plenty of water and played good local music while driving between areas. The guide can make or break a trip...and Julius was excellent. We would not hesitate to use Nkuringo WS again."

"Lydia, the managing director, made sure to meet all of our requests concerning the itinerary, expectations and comfort. She was also extremely responsive and accommodating with some last minute or ongoing itinerary change requests. The vehicle provided was in great shape and just right for this kind of excursion. Our guide and driver, Patrick, was extremely engaged, resourceful, professional and with a great sense of humour on top of that. He also knew all park rangers (it seemed like it), shortcuts and other guides, who'd alert him of any game sightings (extremely important in the wee hours of the day when looking for game). We really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend this tour operator to everyone. We might actually be back in Uganda soon to experience more of Rwenzori mountains and we will most likely contact Nkuringo guys again."
