"Excellent experience overall from initial inquiry & contact to drop-off at hotel 4 days later - despite the fact that our touring party grew from 4 to 7 people just a couple of days before departure. Brilliant memories from day 1 (Fish Eagle in full flight catching a fish in Lake Naivasha to wildlife in abundance at Lake Nakuru). Day 2/3/4 at Masai Mara delivered on all expectations, John our driver/guide obliged our every wish. Accommodation and cuisine top notch throughout. Safari experience exactly as per itinerary - no surprises from a professional and dependable tour operator. The TripAdvisor rating (that was used as deciding factor in choosing Natural Tours) a very accurate reflection of our actual experience!"

"My boyfriend an I (both 29 years old) did a 6 day 5 night (Amboseli -rift valleys lakes & Masai Mara 6 -day Kenya safari) safari with this company in October 2016."

    "We can only recommend it."

"Organization: super timely replies, seemless, lovely trip, we felt very well taken care of"

"Driver: We had the please to travel with Charles, a very experienced driver/guide who made us feel safe and at ease non stop"

"Accommodation/Food: We chose the 'budget' option but actually stayed at really great lodges, very nice, clean rooms always w private bathroom and great buffet dinners. "

"Vehicle: We had a Toyota 4 wheel drive which was the only item on our trip for which looking back I wish we had spent more. We recommend to check upfront if your car has aircon. We spent 2 days where we drove a lot and on these it would have been nice to have aircon as sometimes the road was so dusty we could not open the windows."

"Wildlife: It was our first safari and we loved it! The density of wildlife, especially at Amboseli (highlight: 20 elephants at once surrounding the car!) and Masai Mara (highlight: many Lions) was really great and my boyfriend managed to take amazing pictures."

"All in all, a really cool experience highly recommended!"

"The safari provided by this company was by far the best holiday we've ever experienced. The service provided, from the excellent customer care (Humphrey could give a master class!), to the luxury accommodation and our invaluable guide Albert, really exceeded all our expectations. We were made feel very welcome and it was a privilege to visit this beautiful country. Can't recommend it highly enough. Top class!!!"

"My wife and I booked the 8 Day Kenyan Classic Safari with Natural world. Our Guide/driver for the trip was George. He helped make the trip the memorable experience it was. Our trip started in Nairobi where George picked us up in a Land Cruiser. We drove to Amboseli where we stayed for 2 nights, then went to Lake Naivasha for 1 night another night at Lake Nakuru and 3 nights in Maasi Mara. "

"This was the first safari or trip to Africa we have made so I can't compare Natural World to other safari companies. What I can do is compare our experience in Kenya with Natural World to other vacations we have gone on. We both agree this was the best vacation we have had. I would not hesitate to recommend Natural World to anyone. "

"When you travel to Africa you need to plan ahead. Vaccines and visas need to be acquired. Payment to companies in Africa will often have to be done by bank transfer. In addition the governments are horribly corrupt, the poverty is heart wrenching, crime is rampant, the roads range from bad to goat paths and it is dusty. Given all of that every single day of this vacation was more thrilling than the last. We travel extensively and this area of the world deserves your tourism dollars. The people in the tourism industry are incredibly nice and genuinely want to help and make your experience the best that they can. In addition of all the places we have been none needs your tourism dollars like Africa. When you book your trip be sure to leave plenty of money in your budget to tip often and generously. "

"We visited Kenya in September for our honeymoon. As part of our trip we planned to go on safari (6 nights). As neither of us have been to this region of the world before I thought it would be difficult to plan a trip from London. I could not be more mistaken. I came across Natural Tour and Safaris on the internet and decided to request a quote. Communication throughout the planning phase was great - Humphrey replied swiftly and with relevant information. On the day of the start of safari we were picked up on time by our safari driver – John. We visited Masai Mara (loved it!), Lake Nakuru (very nice place, but I liked Lake Navaisha a bit more) and Amboseli. John provided lots of information about various animals and their behaviours and made sure we saw all the animals. We saw Big 5 and plenty of other animals. John was a great companion during our trip! I will definitely advise my friends planning a trip to Kenya to contact Natural Tour and Safaris!"

"We started off with the one day Nairobi tour with Everson which included the Nairobi National Park, The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, The Giraffe Centre and it was all excellent. We then did a 5 day 4 night safari to Amboseli/Tsavo West/ Tsavo East with George. Another excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and George was very good and knowledgeable. Making the arrangements for all this was very good with the help of Humphrey. Would recommend this company to anybody wanting to visit Kenya."
