Retreat itinerary

  • Day 1 (June 13): Arrival at Victoria Falls Airport (VFA). Ethiopian Airlines is recommended. Overnight stay in a 3-star rated lodge at Victoria Falls.
  • Day 2: Exploration of Victoria Falls, transfer to Botswana, Chobe River Front game drive, and journey to Munga Plains.
  • Day 3-4: Yoga retreat at Munga Plains with Casey Chiang, featuring Nidra, sound journey, and Ida yoga. Enjoy walking safaris and Mokoro in the surrounding safari areas.
  • Day 5-7: Thrilling mobile safari experience from Munga Plains through Savuti to Khwai in the Okavango Delta.
  • Day 8: Drive back or optional scenic flight from Khwai's bush airstrip to Kasane, followed by a transfer to Victoria Falls for the final night in a 3-star rated lodge.
  • Day 9 (June 21): Departures from Victoria Falls Airport
