I went on a day-long safari tour to Pilanesberg National Park & Game Reserve with a few friends. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job finding wild game for us to observe. We found three of the big five (elephant, rhino, lion), as well as many other animals. The lions in particular were a bit challenging to find, and our guides were extremely observant and patient to be able to find them. When we hit some traffic on the way back to Joburg and were going to cut it close on our flights home, our guide took us to the airport free of charge, and then came back quickly when I discovered I'd left my camera on his van. This was a terrific experience and a great way to spend my last day in South Africa. I'll be back in South Africa, and I'll use this company for my next Pilanesberg excursion!

Bobo and all folks involved were informed, and gave a very enlightening tour of many different aspects of Soweto, from the high end of DiepKloof to the poorer neighborhoods of Kliptown, as well as time at the Apartheid Museum to Nelson Mandela's house. As an American, it's an amazing experience to learn some history of a truly unique country, and personally, I enjoyed seeing the different good and bad aspects of life, and how the country has evolved so much through strong determination over the last century.
We went on the afternoon tour on the 19th of September. Great service by driver Cielo, who was with Tshomo. They were very explicative about everything, and since it was just me and my boyfriend, it was pretty much a private tour and they made all their effort to make us feel comfortable.
I booked this tour last minute and Moafrika was quick to help me out. The driver they sent, Tsholo, was on time to pick me up and on the way he gave a little history about South Africa and of Johannesburg or "jozi". The caves tour is a must see when you are Johannesburg, really cool stuff. I'd recommend moafrika to anyone visiting Johannesburg
We took a tour of Soweto and the Apartheid and Hector Pieterson museums with Brian on July 31. It was an amazing experience in every day, largely due to Brian's enthusiasm, knowledge, and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better or more attentive guide. An extremely moving day, in which emotions ranged from great sadness to great joy. Highly, highly recommended.
