Desert Quiver Camp

Located in the scenic Namib-Naukluft National Park, Sossusvlei is where you will find the iconic red sand dunes of the Namib. The clear blue skies contrast with the giant red dunes, making this one of Africa's most scenic natural wonders and a photographer's heaven. This awe-inspiring destination is possibly Namibia's premier attraction, with its unique dunes rising to almost 400 meters the highest in the world.

These iconic dunes come alive in morning and evening light and draw photography enthusiasts from around the globe. Sossusvlei is home to various desert wildlife including oryx, springbok, ostrich, and various reptiles. Visitors can climb Dune 45, one of Sossusvlei’s tallest dunes; explore Deadvlei, a white, salt, claypan dotted with ancient trees; or for the more extravagant, optional scenic flights and hot air ballooning are on offer, followed by a once-in-a-lifetime champagne breakfast amidst these majestic dunes.

Namib Desert Lodge

Namib Desert Lodge is located 60 kilometers north of Sesriem on the C 19 (Sossusvlei Area). Set below striking fossilized dunes, the comfortable lodge provides a spectacular experience of the ancient desert. 65 rooms, two swimming pools, and a waterhole are surrounded by sandy splendor. Dune 45

You will be able to climb Dune 45 and/or Big Mamma, one of the world's biggest dunes, and get a chance to photograph how the dunes come alive in the morning and evening light.

Deadvlei

Explore the Deadvlei, a white salt, claypan dotted with ancient trees. Going down to view the beautiful clay salt pan.

Sesriem Canyon

You will go hiking in the Sesriem Canyon.
