Join this tour with Kurt Safari and experience Mpumalanga’s wildlife. A classic safari with guides who have a passion for the Kruger Park. They are highly experienced and have heaps of knowledge about the fauna and flora in the park at your disposal. One of their best characteristics must be that they focus on small groups to give each safari trip the best chance of seeing the best sights that the park has to offer. Starting in Johannesburg, followed by a Panorama tour and full-day safaris in the Kruger National Park. These safaris depart any day of the week to suit your busy schedules and will accommodate all your needs as best they can.
During this tour, you will be accommodated at quality en-suite air-conditioned units in lodges at Hazyview.
Collection at OR Tambo International Airport or surrounding lodges will be between 6:00 - 7:30 a.m. The offices will advise clients of the pickup time the day before. En-route to the Kruger, clients will follow the picturesque Panorama route, heading past unique small towns like Dullstroom and Lydenburg. They will visit the Blyde River Canyon (the world’s 3rd largest canyon), as well as Bourke’s Luck Potholes, followed by Lisbon Falls as well as the famous God’s Window. They will enjoy lunch en-route. The last stop is a peaceful little town called Graskop where clients will enjoy a wide variety of curio shopping before heading to the accommodation for the next few nights, arriving late afternoon. Leisure time is enjoyed after dinner before the next day’s safari.
Today you will depart the lodge early with breakfast packs. Having the same guide for two days will ensure the best chances of seeing different wildlife in different areas of Kruger. Your guide will stop for breakfast and lunch at different rest camps. You will return to your lodge around 15:30 - 16:00 p.m. for leisure time before dinner.
Clients are collected with packed breakfasts and set off on another safari to ensure as many animal sightings as possible. They return to the lodge at 11:30 a.m. for their transfer back to O.R. Tambo’s shuttle terminal, arriving between 17:00 and 18:00 p.m.
You will be with DEAT registered professional 'ranger' guides throughout the safari. A 10-seater open safari vehicle with a canvas canopy roof will also be used. The Kruger Park’s most modern safari vehicles.
Starting off and ending at Johannesburg, this tour will take you through Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Lisbon Falls, God’s Window, Graskop, and Kruger National Park.
