Twiga Lodge and Campsite (3 nights)

Twiga Lodge and Campsite is located at Mto wa Mbu, a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Arusha town. Serengeti campsite (1 night)

Program

Day 1: Tarangire National Park

Start your safari adventure by driving from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day exploring the park's diverse landscapes, known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and prolific birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the park and continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to your lodge or campsite for the night.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

Depart early for Lake Manyara National Park. The day will be spent on game drives, discovering the park's unique tree-climbing lions, flocks of flamingos, and diverse habitats ranging from dense forests to soda lakes. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue exploring before heading to your accommodation in Karatu or nearby areas.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

Travel from Karatu to the Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a game drive en route, arriving in the Serengeti by afternoon. Spend the rest of the day exploring the central Seronera area, known for its abundant wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, and buffaloes. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park

Dedicate a full day to exploring the Serengeti. Depending on the season, you might witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. Picnic lunch in the park ensures you maximize your time in this world-renowned wildlife haven. Return to your lodge or tented camp for the night.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

Leave the Serengeti early and head to Ngorongoro Crater.
