Program
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, the Kenya Tour Budget Safari team will pick you up from your hotel or airport then depart Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint. Then, proceed to Narok town for another stopover for lunch then proceed to Masai mara. You will arrive in Maasai Mara early evening and then proceed for a game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Rhino Tourist Camp or similar.

Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, you will leave with a picnic lunch packed for you. You will spend a full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. The game drive will be up to the Mara River returning late in the evening for meals and your overnight stay at the Rhino Tourist Camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Nakuru with a game drive en route with a stopover for lunch in Narok town. You are going to arrive in Nakuru early in the evening and check into the hotel. You'll have dinner and your overnight stay at the Mart Farm Resort.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park to Nairobi
After breakfast, proceed for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park which is world-renowned for its masses of flamingos and is often referred to as the "Pink Lake". Besides birds, it is possible to see small games like waterbuck, impala, rhino, and buffalo in the surrounding gardens. After lunch, depart to Nairobi arriving at around 4 or 5 p.m.

Game drives offer you the chance to view animals at a closer range as well as bird watching. You will also have a game watching where you will be able to view the migration of the wildebeest (when in season).

The food on safari is delicious and ranges from simple to gourmet. You can expect lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and wonderful homemade soups. Chicken, lamb, beef or pork are usually served at lunch and dinner as well as fish and vegetarian dishes. Breakfast is a buffet with lots of tropical fruits, hot and cold cereals, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, bread, and pastries and eggs to order. Lunch can be either buffet or served at the table and always starts with soup. Dinner is usually a 4 or 5-course sit-down affair, although there is no need to dress up. Often your safari guide will join you at meals as you recall your day's events.
