Respecting the rules of the Reserve, in most remote areas you are required to sleep in tents or in ranger stations. The activities are based in the most remote areas of Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. These areas has been selected because of its enormous potential to find wildlife, places sought out mainly by researchers and biologists where hunting and fishing is prohibited. Jungle Reps & Expeditions uses gas engines as little as possible during your expeditions they prefer travel by foot or dugout canoes to avoid spooking the animals.

Most remote places will require the use of motors to get to them but once there you will make the best of your feet and rowing arms. You will stay in park ranger stations that are allowed have to host visitors. Most of the park ranger stations have a shower, rooms, kitchen, and dining room. Camp sites and tents are also good options if you are close to your objectives.
