You will be accommodated for 2 nights in Miti Mingi Eco Camp, a budget tented camp located just outside the Maasai Mara National Reserve and 1 night at Citymax Hotel, a budget hotel located just outside Lake Nakuru National Park.
Miti Mingi Eco Camp
The camp is situated within the Masai Mara eco-system and on the banks of Ololaimutia River which is a watering point for most of the wild animals, especially elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, etc. This small and exclusive campsite comprises 25 tents.
The tents are furnished with all the amenities required by the modern traveler. Decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron, and crisp cotton, each tent has been meticulously planned to maximize comfort. All tents have four-poster beds and mosquito nets, en-suite with shower, WC, and flush toilets, hot and cold running water, and electricity with a voltage of 240 volts.
Citymax Hotel
Citymax Hotel offers comfortable single, double, and deluxe rooms designed for convenience and efficiency. Each air-conditioned room is equipped with a flat screen television with satellite connection, plug-and-play panels, direct dial international telephone, complimentary high-speed internet access, mini bar, electronic personal safety deposit box, and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.
Hair dryers are also available on request. They also have an in-house restaurant, bar, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool set in lush gardens.
Program
Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara
Pick up at the hotel/Airport latest 7:30 a.m. and be transferred to the office where you will be introduced to other group members and depart for the Maasai Mara Game Reserve via the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley with a stop in Narok town for lunch and refueling. Upon arrival at the camp, you will have a little siesta. Later, you will proceed for a game drive from 16:00 - 18:30, tracking various animal species and birds. Dinner and overnight at the camp, permanent tents with private bathroom and showers.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full Day Game tracking
After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is a scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for the game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast. Later, you will leave Maasai Mara region via Narok Town and Lake Naivasha for an optional activity, a 1-hour boat ride at extra cost. Leave Naivasha at own and proceed to Nakuru Town for dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park - Nairobi
After breakfast, you will proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific bird life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape Buffalo and Waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Drive back to Nairobi after lunch. Drop off at the airport or Nairobi Hotel.
