Yoga and breathwork classes
The dynamic Vinyasa classes offer options for all levels—from child’s pose to advanced twists and inversions—allowing you to move at your own pace. You'll also enjoy Yin yoga sessions, where you'll hold poses for longer periods, releasing tension and inviting stillness.
A breathwork session will deepen your connection to your breath, mind, and body. Yoga sessions will take place in a private yoga shala, outdoors by the lotus flower lake or underneath the old Banyan tree in the gardens of the hotel.
You’ll also explore the natural beauty of Sri Lanka with two half-day safari trips to Udawalawe and Yala (Block 5 & 6) National Parks, where you’ll have the chance to encounter elephants, monkeys, leopards, an array of stunning birds and so much more.
Activities include a river swim in a gorgeous location, a sunset boat ride, a Sri Lankan cooking class and more.
All activities are optional—whether you prefer joining in or simply relaxing by the pool, reading in a hammock, or catching up on sleep, the choice is yours. This retreat is about giving you the freedom to unwind in your own way.
