At 08:30 you will be picked up for the Grand Tour of Victoria Falls. This is a tour that will last for two hours with one of the qualified guides who will give a brief history of the Victoria Falls at the entrance and walk you through the rainforest explaining history about the ancient explorers and discoveries, detailing the flora and fauna, birds, wildlife, and other points of interest. The guide will also assist you with photographs whilst visiting this most spectacular curtain of an amazing waterfall. Raincoats are provided when needed. You are also given the opportunity to shop at the curio market for souvenirs and gifts. After shopping at the market, you are transferred back to the hotel to relax at leisure.

You will be transferred from the hotel to a typical cultural tour at Monde village which is 15 kilometers away from town center. Kwa Mpisi, a name derived from the hyena family. The village tour is an experience of a lifetime, the day in day out life practices of pure African people known as Ubuntu. It is a first-hand grand opportunity seeing African women carry loads of heavy firewood on their heads without fear or tear for a neck break while the men milking from standing heifers using bare hands and fill up to a 10-liter jug without connecting any kind of modern machinery to seize tiredness. Can you handle it? Get to Kwa Mpisi and satisfy your imagination.

You will be picked up from the hotel to The Boma, a place for the hungry. It is famously known for its special variety of African and Western dishes to suit your choice, a well-arranged design and table set up to allow you a free dance and drumming up to maximum iTunes. The Boma offers a relaxed African evening with all traditional highlights from dishes to a fortune teller. Get your fortune told and taste a Mopani worm and be a graduate of your own certificate to show those left at home that you were really in the deep center of African culture.

On selection, there is a list of Zimbabwean dishes, fish, a variety of game meat and potjiekos (hunter's stew) as well as vegetarian meals. You are invited to sample such ethnic delicacies such as deep-fried kapenta and groundnuts? One will enjoy meals whilst being entertained by the local groups of imbube and traditional dancers. You will overnight at a hotel.

Day 3: Combo safari experience

At 06:00 you will be picked up from the hotel for elephant back safari into lion’s territory. It is a chance to interact with the elephants and lions and then have a morning breakfast from the site. It is a life-changing experience indeed, imagine yourself on the top of an elephant sitting comfortably without fear while watching the game and listening to Indunas give information on flora and fauna.

Helicopter ride over Victoria Falls

At 11:45 you will be picked up in a quantum for the flight over the falls in a helicopter. It is famously known as the Flight of Angels named after David Livingstone’s imagination of how the falls could have been gazed by the angels when they flew across the waterfall curtain and the gorges. The Zambezi Flight of Angels duration is 12 to 13 minutes.

Viewing the falls from an aircraft is so spectacular and amazing all times of the day. You can be a champion after the ancient explorers, a life step ahead of them. David Livingstone saw the falls but never gazed at them like it could have been done by the angels on a swing over the falls but you can on a helicopter flight. The flight takes the clock and anti-clockwise circular turns on both directions giving a grand moment to view the chasm of the natural seventh wonder of the world - The Victoria Falls. After this activity, you will relax for the evening to take at your leisure / overnight at Victoria Fall Safari Lodge.
