Join this unforgettable safari in one of Africa's largest game reserve, Etosha National Park. The reserve has almost all of Africa's animal species that made the park their home and feeding ground. Spot and view different wildlife by fly-ins and game drives in the park. The park has numerous waterholes that attract wildlife mid-day, giving you almost guaranteed game sightings.
Ongava Lodge is one of Namibia’s premier lodges on one of the country’s most important private game reserves. Perched on a ridge with seemingly endless views across the plains, Ongava Lodge’s air-conditioned brick, rock, and thatch chalets, each with en-suite facilities, offer a relaxing retreat in the African bush. You may stay at the main thatched dining area and enjoy a drink at the bar while watching wildlife congregate and interact at the floodlit waterhole.
The buildings of Waterberg Wilderness lodge are sheltered in a long valley in the midst of the Waterberg mountain range. Built from red Waterberg sandstone, they nestle under enormous old trees. The mature, well-kept garden with its two pavilions, many cool and shady places and an immured spring water basin lined by giant bamboo are idyllic.
The lodge has eight double rooms and four family rooms with shower, water closet, sitting area, and veranda. Its facilities include solar powered outlets, restaurant, tea garden, spring water swimming pool, free Wi-Fi at the restaurant, and laundry service.
In the morning, you will depart from Eros Airport (ERS) to the northern bush savannah of Namibia and land at Waterberg Plateau Park. The Etosha National Park, named after the Etosha pan within the park, is one of the largest and most beautiful game parks in Africa and is the next destination of your safari. The extensive roads network in the park invites you to undertake game drives, on which you will have the opportunity to view elephant, giraffe, zebra, and many other animal species. You'll stay overnight at Onguma camp. The meals provided on these days are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
After a spectacular flight over Etosha National Park, you will spend the day at the park with a game drive. You may have a sighting of a lion, cheetah, or other predators roaming the park. The diversity of the animal kingdom in the park will provide you an exciting experience. You'll stay overnight at the Ongava lodge. The meals provided on this day are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
