Program

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli

Drive across the Athi plains home of the proud Masai tribe, to Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive is planned. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and the elusive leopard, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Dinner and overnight AA Lodge.

Day 2: Full day in Amboseli

Exclusive full-day game drive at Amboseli Park where you can see elephants, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, and giraffe. Full-day game drive will introduce you to the intense beauty and drama that fill each day here. Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

Today you enjoy a game drive to the secluded heart of the big game country. In addition to elephants, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalos, and lions, nearly every vista within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Breakfast at the lodge; optional visit to a Masai Village and depart for Tsavo West National Park. After check-in and lunch, an afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive in this vast park is planned. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Tsavo West National Park

Two game drives are scheduled for this day. The extensive diverse habitats offer an ideal area to search for pride of lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and wildebeests. The park is a vast expansion of the African savanna with a more diverse array of habitats which include open plains, semi-desert scrub, woodland, Chyulu Hills, and rock outcrops. It’s famous for the Red Elephants, Oryx, and Gerenuk among other mammal species and bird life. Other notable features include Mzima Springs which are water source for Mombasa Town, Shetani Lava Flow, and Ash cones, which is an example of the recent volcanic eruption. Movie the Ghost and the Darkness was shot here. Dinner and overnight at Ngulia Safari Lodge.

Day 5: Tsavo West to Nairobi

After an early morning ‘Spice’ game drive and breakfast, depart for your return journey to Nairobi arriving early afternoon. As your adventure comes to a close, enjoy the sights and attractions of Nairobi the city in the sun on your own. End of service
