Program
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and game drive
Check-in depends on your arrival time. Gorilla Page Safaris is flexible depending on your timing. Have breakfast and set off for Lake Mburo National Park with a stopover at the Equator. Proceed to Lake Mburo National Park. After lunch, you will go for a game drive where you will see animals like zebras, topis, elands, impalas, buffaloes, and antelopes. Later return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Game drive and boat cruise on Lake Mburo
Wake up for an early morning game drive and search for early risers and all other animals that you missed out on in the previous evening’s game drive. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, you will go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo which will get you quite close to crocodiles and hippos. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Guided nature walk and travel to Kampala or Entebbe
Breakfast will be served early and after go for the game walk in the park. This is a guided walk where you will be escorted by a park ranger to provide you with more information about the Park and security. Return to the lodge for breakfast and drive to Entebbe with a stopover for lunch at the equator and photography. Then, proceed to Entebbe Airport.

Lake Mburo National Park
Lake Mburo National Park is a compact gem, located conveniently close to the highway that connects Kampala to the parks of western Uganda. It is the smallest of Uganda’s savannah national parks and is underlain by ancient Precambrian metamorphic rocks that date back more than 500 million years. It is home to 350 bird species as well as zebra, impala, eland, buffalo, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopard, hippo, hyena, topi, and reedbuck.
