Global Adventure Trekking seeks to offer you comfortable and clean private accommodations. They always make sure that you can sleep well and have wonderful accommodations. During the safari, you will be staying for four nights at a three or four-star category hotel in Kathmandu, two nights in a three-star lodge with a private bath in Chitwan, and spend the last two nights in a hotel in Pokhara.

The offered accommodations are two or three-star hotels. All hotels are well-furnished In Kathmandu equipped with attached bathrooms, and hot and cold showers. You will stay at The Arts Hotel or similar accommodation. While in Pokhara and Chitwan, you will stay in Pokhara City Inn and Hotel Seven Star or similar accommodations.

If you would like to upgrade the hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara, please let Global Adventure Trekking know. Global Adventure Trekking can upgrade the hotel for an additional cost.

Program

Day 1: Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), one of the staff will meet you at the airport and coordinate transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu

You will have a guided Kathmandu heritage sightseeing tour. The sites you'll visit include Pashupatinath Temple, Boudha Nath Stupa, Monkey Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Day 3: Guided tour to visit Bhaktapur and Patan (Kathmandu - Patan - Bhaktapur)

After the trip to Patan, you will be taken to Bhaktapur.

Day 4: Kathmandu to Royal Chitwan National Park (Kathmandu - Royal Chitwan National Park)

After having the breakfast in your hotel, the trip to Chitwan will start at about 08:00. It is just a 160-kilometer drive through the Prithvi Highway, which is very scenic. On your arrival at the hotel, you may have a fresh lunch and rest for hours. Late afternoon activities are canoeing and crocodile breeding and elephant breeding center visit. You will stay overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Chitwan National Park - Tharu village

Wake up, breakfast, and then jungle activities such as birds watching tour, Tharu Village sightseeing, Jeep drive in the dense forest, village tour, and cultural programme.

Day 6: Transfer to Pokhara (Chitwan National Park - Pokhara)

After having the delicious and healthy breakfast at hotel, you will then drive to Lake City Pokhara. It is just a 150-kilometer drive to Pokhara. You will stay overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Pokhara sightseeing tour (Pokhara)

Morning sunrise view from Sarangkot into the Himalaya and back. The city of Pokhara is the most popular for boating, hiking, paragliding, and simply relax at one of the lakes near the city with the stunning Annapurna Mountain Range in the background. While you walk along the shores of the Phewa Lake, you will be surrounded by a panoramically view over the Himalayan peaks of the Annapurna Massif that reflect in this lake. A beautiful color combination that is created by the wooden boats and paragliders that are sailing, flying, and rowing over the lake is probably going to be one of the highlights of your travel experience in Nepal. After having lunch and before the lunch, Global Adventure Trekking will take you the World Peace Stupa. From here, you can see a much nicer wide range of everything. Evening overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Pokhara - Kathmandu

Pokhara to Kathmandu is a 200-kilometer drive through the Prithvi Highway. The expected time taken is six hours. As an alternative, you may take a half an hour amazing flight over the lake and mountain in the morning or afternoon for an additional cost. Transfer to hotel.

Day 9: Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM)

After serving you the hygienic breakfast, Global Adventure Trekking will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) for your final departure.

Location

Bhaktapur

Bhaktapur is a 12th-century old city where you can see the historical monument from 1400 BS - 1600 BS. Bhaktapur, which means the city of devotees, still retains a medieval charm, and visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements. The past glory of the Malla rules continues to be reflected in Durbar Square. Pottery and weaving are their traditional industries. Bhaktapur is famous for woodcarving and the traditional Cap (Topi).

The city lies about 14 kilometers east of Kathmandu. The places of interest include Bhaktapur Darbar Square, the National Art Gallery, Nyatapola Temple, Bhairavnath Temple, Dattatreya Temple, and Dattatreya Square. Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the main square of the city, contains innumerable temples and other architectural wonders such as the lion gate, the golden gate, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla, Dattatraya Temple, etc.

Boudha Nath Stupa

The largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism.

Kathmandu Durbar Square

Also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square is the plaza in front of the old royal palace of the then-Kathmandu Kingdom. The Durbar Square is surrounded by spectacular architecture and vividly showcases the skills of the Newar artists and craftsmen over several centuries.

Monkey Temple

Swayambhunath is an ancient religious complex atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley, west of Kathmandu city. It is also known as the Monkey Temple as there are holy monkeys living in the northwest parts of the temple.

Pashupatinath Temple

Nepal's most sacred Hindu shrine and considered one of the greatest Shiva sites, is located on the banks of the Bagmati River 5 km northeast of Kathmandu Valley.

Patan

Patan is a small Newari town where you can visit many temples and monuments. Patan is known as the city of art and craft and it is a perfect place to shop for souvenirs.

Food

Eight breakfasts, two lunches, and farewell dinner will be served for you during the safari. Hygienic breakfasts will be provided for you during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara while full board meaals will be provided for you in Chitwan National Park.
