During this safari, you will be staying in the following accommodations while during your Beach and safari, you will be staying in normal lodge and semi luxury safari lodge.

Day 1: Arrival

After Gamily Tours pick you at the harbor their professional guide will transfer to Jambiani at Visitor inn for Check inn and beach mind blow.

Day 2: Adventure Day

Morning tour for Dolphin tour - a trip to dolphin watching, a day trip to Kizimkazi, wonderful you may swim with hundreds of spinner & bottlenose dolphins playing off Kizimkazi beach & give you chance to experience special natural message in the Indian ocean, then back to the hotel for lunch and check out to Stone town.

On the way to Stone town you will pass Jozani Forest, the last habitat of the rare endemic Red Colobus Monkey. With a local guide, you stroll through Jozani Chwaka National Park and look at the rare monkeys. If you wish you can even wander down the boardwalk to the fascinating Mangrove Ecosystem.

Day 3: Botanic

Morning at 8:30 am trip to spice and botanical tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation, or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits, and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and visit to Kidichi bath built-in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Shahrazad (granddaughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia),

At 14:30 after lunch you will have the Stone town tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to the former slave market site, now stands as an Anglican church built in 1871, town market, Visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (cultural center) to Maruhubi Palace ruins via Living Stone House.

Day 4: Snorkeling

After breakfast at the hotel you will have a boat trip to Prison Island for snorkeling in Zanzibar is an experience of a lifetime. Unlike many other popular snorkeling destinations around the world, it is still possible to find places that have never been explored along the coast. The many varieties of coral provide a home to thousands of colorful and exotic creatures, including blue ribbon tail rays, firefish, and for the “Finding Nemo” fans, clownfish.

At 06:00 am, Pick up at Hotel to Zanzibar ferry to take early in the morning ferry 07:00 am to Dar es salaam {1 hour and 30 min journey} where you will meet your safari guide and drive to Mikumi National Park 5 – 6 hours driving taking with two stops one at Msolwa for supermarket shopping and another one at Morogoro for lunch after check-in you will 2 hours of relaxing before evening tour to Maasai village. Overnight staying at the Bastian Campsite Mikumi.


In the morning after breakfast, leave for the full game drive, hot lunch will be served at the park. Animals commonly found here {Mikumi} include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, and elephant. Wild dogs can be seen in packs here. The open horizons and abundant wildlife of the Mkata Floodplain, the popular center piece of Mikumi, draw frequent comparisons to the more famous Serengeti Plains.

  • Dinner and overnight will be at Bastian Campsite Mikumi.


After breakfast it’s depending on your flight/Boat schedule and departure point you will be transferred to the ferry to take the boat/ Julius Nyerere International Airport to take a flight back home.
