Day 1: Dar es Salaam - Selous Game Reserve
In the morning, at 07:00, you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam to drive towards Selous (Nyerere), the journey will take about 4 hours through the most unexplored and untouched areas in Tanzania.
Lunch shall be served at 14:00 at Mloka Lodge around 15:30, embark on a boat for a boat safari in which you'll admire hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Selous Game Reserve is home to a high diversity of both large mammals and bird species, and the world's largest population of African hunting dogs exists in the reserve. Day 2: Full Day Game Drive Selous (Nyerere National Park)
On this day, you will explore Selous early in the morning around 06:00, look for leopards, lions, wild dogs, hyenas, buffaloes, wildebeest, elands, hartebeest, crocodiles, lizards, and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this reserve.

Day 3: Selous - Mikumi
You will enjoy an early morning breakfast and game drive en route to Mikumi National Park. You will pass Morogoro, over the Uluguru Mountains, across rivers, and past small local villages and farms. You will have a Maasai village tour. Dinner and overnight will be at Morio Motel.
Day 4: Full-day game drive
In the morning, after breakfast, leave for a full-day game drive. Animals commonly found here include lions, elands, hartebeest, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras, and elephants. Wild dogs can be seen in packs here. The open horizons and abundant wildlife of the Mkata Floodplain, the popular centerpiece of Mikumi, draw frequent comparisons to the more famous Serengeti Plains. Dinner and overnight will be at Morio Motel.
Day 5: Mikumi - Dar es Salaam
You will drive to Dar es Salaam, where you will arrive in the late evening and be dropped off at the curio shop or airport, depending on your decision.
