Fanaka Campsite

Fanaka Campsite is a budgeted campsite, the camping area is secluded, spacious, and under the shade of trees. Lodge accommodations cover triple rooms, double rooms with king-size beds, and twin bed sizes to single rooms. All rooms are en-suite with hot shower bathrooms, toilets, and mosquito net. Some rooms have a self balcony to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful natural trees and vegetation.

Seronera Campsite

The public campsites which are collectively called Seronera Campsite are located in the Central Serengeti area known as the Seronera. Seronera Campsite is one of the most famed campsites in Tanzania for animal encounters. Animals will pass through the campsite at night on their nocturnal wanderings. This campsite is guarded. Tents have mats, and bathrooms are outside the tent.

Ngorongoro Simba Campsite

Simba Campsite lies on the very rim of Ngorongoro Crater and has an excellent view across the caldera. A fantastic sunrise over the crater rim makes a fine breakfast scene. Often, there are elephants wandering around the camp. This campsite is guarded. Tents have mats, and bathrooms are outside the tent. Facilities at Simba Campsite are basic, but this is more than made up for by the atmosphere of this camp in the clouds.

Program

Day 1: Arusha to Lake Manyara

In the morning, you will have a sumptuous breakfast before your activities. After breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Manyara for a full-day game drive in beautiful Manyara National Park. See buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many more species, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Wall. The dinner and overnight today will be at Fanaka Campsite.

Day 2: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, early in the morning, your driver-guide will drive you from the campsite to Serengeti National Park. You will indulge in a good 2-hour drive, and a full-day game drive together with a late evening game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at Seronera Campsite.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After a relaxing morning and an early lunch, you will proceed to Ngorongoro. You will have a game drive en route to Ngorongoro. Your arrival at Ngorongoro will be late in the evening where the night will be spent on the Crater Rim. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater tour and back to Arusha

After early breakfast, you will proceed directly to the crater floor for a 5-6 hour crater tour with a picnic lunch down the crater. Later, you will proceed back to Arusha in the evening.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park is a protected area that hosts giant flamingo colonies, waterfowls, elephants, hippopotami, buffalos, guenons, banded mongooses, and numerous types of gazelles and antelopes. The park is also well known for its “tree climbing lions”.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park is one of the most famous national parks in the world, known for its magnificent lions and great migration. It is one of the most comprehensive and appealing presentations of nature, conservation, and research in general. Every day, hundreds of nature lovers and tourists from all over the world visit it.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

One of the world’s breathtaking natural wonders with a breathtaking setting. One of the places to see the Big Five. Ngorongoro is a haven for approximately 25,000 animals and around 400 different bird species. You can find a good population of black manned lions that trail the grasslands, robust herds of wildebeests along with endangered black rhino, zebras, hyenas, and leopards.
