The restaurant also offers authentic African food made of high-quality meat and fresh vegetables.
The public campsites, which are collectively called Seronera Campsite, are located in the Central Serengeti area known as the Seronera. This campsite is one of the most famed campsites in Tanzania for animal encounters. Animals pass through the campsite at night on their nocturnal wanderings.

Serengeti Seronera Campsite is ideally situated in the Seronera region, a wildlife-rich area of the Serengeti National Park. It offers easy access to the heart of the action, including year-round sightings of big cats and a front-row seat to the Great Migration during certain seasons. The safari will take you to Tanzania’s best national parks, including Tarangire National Park, where you will be able to enjoy the scenery of the African savannah dotted with massive baobab trees and have the rare opportunity to track the world’s largest herds of elephants.
You'll then explore the Ngorongoro Crater, also known as the Garden of Eden, and the Serengeti’s endless plains, which provides an exceptional landscape for wildlife viewing.
After breakfast, you will leave Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a morning game drive. The park runs along the road of the Tarangire River and is especially made from low-lying hills on the good valley floor.
Its natural vegetation mainly consists of acacia woodland and giant African baobab trees, with huge swamp areas within the south. Both the river and the swamps sort of act as a magnet for wild animals during Tanzania’s season. The Tarangire NP is reputed to contain a number of the most important elephant herds in Africa.
Additionally, this African park is home to three rare species of animals: the greater kudu, the fringed-eared oryx, and also a couple of ashy starlings. At evening time, you will drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay at Panorama Campsite.
Have an early morning breakfast at around 07:00. After breakfast, you will leave the camp with a packed lunch and proceed to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Crater Rim, viewing game en route. This national park is a vast, treeless plain with thousands, even millions, of animals searching for fresh grasslands.
As the largest national park in Tanzania, the Serengeti attracts thousands of tourists each year. The best months for wildlife viewing are between December and June. The wet season is from March to May, with the coldest period being from June to October.
The annual migration of millions of zebra and wildebeest takes place in May or early June. This migration is one of the most impressive natural events and the primary draw for many tourists.
The group will pitch tents and have dinner at Serengeti Seronera Campsite.
Go on an early morning game drive at the Serengeti National Park and later on, return to the lodge for breakfast. You will leave the camp with a packed lunch and drive while game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater Rim.

This huge volcanic crater has a permanent supply of water, which draws all kinds of animals that stay in this area rather than migrate.
Visitors go there primarily for viewing large game and bird watching, but also fo interest in the conservation area known as the Olduvai Gorge. This important archeological site has revealed ancient skull and bone fragments that have delivered critical information about early mankind.
The group will pitch tents and have dinner at Ngorongoro Simba A Campsite.
After an early morning breakfast, you will then descend to the crater floor with a picnic lunch for during the game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact ancient caldera in the world, nearly three million years old. The volcano was one of the world’s tallest mountains before it exploded and collapsed.
Thousands of wild game can be seen on the crater floor, including lions, elephants, rhinos, Thomson’s gazelles, and buffaloes, but wildebeests and zebras account for over half of the animals that call the Ngorongoro Crater home. Bird watching is superb, especially around Lake Migadi, which attracts flocks of flamingoes to the shallows.
Hippos are content to submerge themselves during the day and then graze in the nearby grass in the evening. After exploring the crater, you will have lunch at the picnic site in the crater, at Ngoitoktok swamp, which is a hippo pool. Thereafter, you will continue with game viewing while ascending the crater, and then drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening.
